"hey! i'm supposed to take a photo of you, not the other way around!"
you exclaim, the salty air around you lingering in your senses.
"how's this, baby, i'll take a photo of you taking a photo of me. awesome idea, right?"
he grins cheekily, his smile bright as the sun above you.
"yeah, right."
you give a pout then a frown, eyes misty in the golden light.
"ready?"
he asks.
you nod your head, raising your camera to your face, aiming properly so that you could get the best shot of him.
you snap a shot, the shutter clicking.
"let me see!"
both of you shout at the same time.
your giggles are heard over the swishing waves of the sea,
your heartbeats synchronize with the hypnotic beat of the waves,
and the pictures of you and him imprint deep onto your minds,
heart entwined.
